First you will need to contact Apple 1300 321 456 and lodge your claim.
You will then be sent an email asking for payment. Click and follow the steps in the 'Pay Securely' link.
Once payment has been confirmed you will receive another email.
If you do not receive a email after this one, you can visit:
Simply input your case/repair ID and then the postcode/serial number. You will be redirected to another page with the repair status of the device.
Click the link to print of your shipping label. A page will pop up which has details on how to proceed with shipping. Print that page out and follow the directions.
